Return and Cancellations

Each of our products is handcrafted by skilled artisans, resulting in a one-of-a-kind item. Due to this process, slight variations in color tone, texture, or shape may occur between products. These variations are not considered defects and cannot be returned or replaced.

 

Orders that have been confirmed cannot be canceled, but may be returned or replaced if the following conditions are met:

 

o If an incorrect product was shipped to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description listed on the website/Instagram, or if the wrong product was shipped.

o If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

• No refunds or exchanges on clearance sale items.

• No refunds or exchanges on florals and pampas grass.

 

If your purchase meets our stated return criteria, please email us at support@artilicor.com with the following information within 48 hours of delivery:

 

- Invoice number

 

- Shipping address

 

- Please specify the reason for the return and, in the case of a defective or incorrect product, send an image or video of the item to support@artilicor.com.

 

If there is a genuine defect or damage in the product, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement or a different product of the same value, or refund your order amount, within 7 to 10 business days after the product is picked up from the provided address and received by us in its original condition (in its original packaging).

 

Under certain conditions, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement for the product you ordered, we will notify you and then process your refund; a credit of the paid amount will appear within 7 to 10 business days in the original method of payment.

 

If the package appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).

 

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Each return and exchange request is handled individually. We are unable to offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, if our shipping agency makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, or if the recipient refuses the package. In such cases, you are responsible for shipping costs in order to receive the order.
